Phan Phong TV applies a flat shipping rate of 25,000₫ for all orders nationwide, regardless of area or standard order weight.
The shipping fee is clearly shown at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

4. Processing & Delivery Steps
- Order confirmation: After a successful order, Phan Phong TV will contact you to confirm order details by phone or message.
- Packing: The order is carefully inspected and packed to prevent damage or impact during transit.
- Handover to carrier: The order is handed to Viettel Post/Vietnam Post within 24 working hours of confirmation.
- Delivery: The carrier contacts you and delivers to the address you provided.
5. Notes on Receiving Your Order
- Please check the outer condition of the package before signing for it.
- Recording an unboxing video is important evidence for handling any later return or complaint requests (see the Returns & Refunds Policy for details).
- If the package appears torn, dented, or unusually wet, you have the right to refuse delivery or request a report with the delivery staff.
