Phan Phong TV supports customers with 2 flexible, convenient, and secure payment methods:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash directly to the delivery staff when you receive your product.
- Place your order on the website or via Phan Phong TV's Fanpage/Hotline.
- Phan Phong TV staff call to confirm your order, address, and product quantity.
- The order is packed and handed to the shipping partner (Viettel Post/Vietnam Post).
- Check the package and pay the full amount (product price + 25,000₫ shipping fee) upon receipt.
2. Bank Transfer
Pay in advance via bank transfer to Phan Phong TV's bank account.
- After placing your order, you'll receive order confirmation and bank transfer details from Phan Phong TV.
- Transfer the exact amount and include the transfer note below for easy reconciliation.
- Once payment is received, Phan Phong TV confirms the order and proceeds with packing and delivery.
- Please keep your receipt/transfer screenshot for reference if needed.
