Customer Privacy Policy

Phan Phong TV ("we") respects the privacy of customers shopping on our website. This policy is applied in accordance with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection, Decree 52/2013/NĐ-CP (amended by Decree 85/2021/NĐ-CP) on e-commerce, and the 2023 Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights of Vietnam.

1. Purpose & Scope of Collection

We collect full name, phone number, delivery address, email, and (when a refund is needed) bank account information that customers voluntarily provide, in order to:

• Process orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer care.
• Contact you to confirm orders and notify promotions (with your consent).
• Fulfill legal obligations when requested by competent state authorities.

We do not collect information beyond what is necessary for buying, selling, and delivering goods.

2. Use & Sharing of Information

Customer information is only used for the purposes in Section 1. We commit not to sell, rent, or trade personal information for unauthorized commercial purposes. Information is only shared in the following cases:

• Shipping partners (Viettel Post, Vietnam Post): only name, phone number, and delivery address for shipping purposes.
• Competent state authorities, upon lawful request.
• Website/payment operation partners, under an equivalent confidentiality commitment.

3. Storage Period

Information is stored until the customer requests deletion or it no longer serves its original collection purpose. Transaction data is retained per the statutory accounting and tax retention period to support reconciliation and complaint resolution when needed.

4. Security & Customer Rights

Phan Phong TV applies appropriate technical and managerial measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or modification of information. Data collection and processing are only carried out with customer consent, except where otherwise required by law.

Under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP, customers (data subjects) have the right to:

• Be informed of, consent to, or withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data.
• Access, edit, or request deletion of personal information they have provided.
• Object to the use of their information for advertising or product promotion purposes.
• File a complaint, report, or lawsuit if their information is used for the wrong purpose or beyond the disclosed scope.

To exercise these rights, customers may contact us directly using the information in Section 5.

5. Complaints & Contact

If you discover that your information has been used for the wrong purpose or scope, please submit a complaint to Phan Phong TV. We will respond within 3 – 5 working days and coordinate to verify and resolve the matter appropriately.

This policy may be updated to remain compliant with current law. Any changes will be publicly announced on our website.
